The 76-year journalist for CNN and Shawn Southwick, his wife of 50 years filed for divorce last week, but apparently is reconsidering its decision. The couple decided instead to work on your wedding to go to counseling after watching the baseball game during his 11 years in Beverly Hills, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
Dennis Wasser, king's advocate, initially denied rumors that the couple tried to save their marriage. But now that his client intends to do. "There's a 50-50 chance that divorce is not the case. His approach is in the best interest of their children, "he said. "It is not clear to me that future on this issue."
King and Southwick have been married 13 years and have two children, Chance, 11 and Cannon, 9. Although King has been married to seven women, this could be his eighth divorce because he married one of his ex-wife twice.
