Rinse Roethlisberger is to "advance"

Pittsburgh Steelers, Ben Roethlisberger, who will not face criminal charges after a 20 year old student accused of sexually assaulting in the bathroom of a nightclub, said Monday he knows he will work to restore the confidence of his teammates and fans.

Ocmulgee (Georgia) Circuit District Attorney Fred Bright said that after extensive interviews and inconclusive medical examinations, student fees have not been proved beyond a reasonable doubt.

Roethlisberger, in his first public comments since the allegations on March 5, read a statement by 74 seconds in the locker room Steelers.
